[Earthquakes, In Between Signs Power of God] [1]
Surely Allaah is Knower, Wise and to all who performed and determined. As God is All-Wise and All-Knowing of all the shariah and all those who ordered. God created various signs of His power as He wills. He was set to scare his servant. With these signs, God reminds obligations servants of His, which is due to Allaah 'azza He be glorified. This is to remind the servants of Shirk and violating orders and do what is forbidden.
Allaah says,
وَمَا نُرْسِلُ بِالآيَاتِ إِلا تَخْوِيفًا
Nor did We give the signs but to frighten. "(Surat Al-Israa: 59) Allaah also says, سَنُرِيهِمْ آيَاتِنَا فِي الآفَاقِ وَفِي أَنْفُسِهِمْ حَتَّى يَتَبَيَّنَ لَهُمْ أَنَّهُ الْحَقُّ أَوَلَمْ يَكْفِ بِرَبِّكَ أَنَّه عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ شَهِيدٌ "We will show them the signs (of power) We're in all the horizons and in themselves, so it was clear to them that the Qur'an was true. And if your Lord is not enough (for you), that He (Allaah) watch over all things. "(Surat Fushilat: 53) Exalted Allaah also said, قُلْ هُوَ الْقَادِرُ عَلَى أَنْ يَبْعَثَ عَلَيْكُمْ عَذَابًا مِنْ فَوْقِكُمْ أَوْ مِنْ تَحْتِ أَرْجُلِكُمْ أَوْ يَلْبِسَكُمْ شِيَعًا وَيُذِيقَ بَعْضَكُمْ بَأْسَ بَعْضٍ "Say (Ya Muhammad):" He (Allaah) Most" adzab" Reign to send to you from above you or from beneath your feet, or she mixes you in groups (conflicting), and feel to some of yourmalignancy partial the other. the Prophet alaihi wa sallam, when he dropped the word of Allah, the Exalted in surat Al
An'am [قل هو القادر على أن يبعث عليكم عذابا من فوقكم] , The Messenger of Allaah alaihi wa sallam say:
"I seek refuge in thy face." Then the Messenger of Allaah 'alaihi wa sallam went (to read)
[أو من تحت أرجلكم], Messenger of Allaah alaihi wa sallam prayed again, " I seek refuge with
thy face. "[2]
Narrated by Abu Ash-Shaykh al bahani, from Mujahid about the interpretation of surah Al An'am paragraph 65 [قل هو القادر على أن يبعث عليكم عذابا من فوقكم], he said that that meant the lightning, hail and hurricanes. While the word of God [أو من تحت أرجلكم], which is intended earthquakes and landslides.
Obviously, that catastrophe-disaster that occurred in this period in various places including the signs of God's power to frighten His servants.

[Disaster Come and" Maksiat "Due to the "Kesyirikan "done]
(Please note), all the calamities that occur in nature, in the form of earthquakes and other disasters that cause harm to the servants, and cause various kinds of suffering, it was all caused by Shirk and disobedience are done. Consider the word of Allaah, the Exalted,
وَمَا أَصَابَكُمْ مِنْ مُصِيبَةٍ فَبِمَا كَسَبَتْ أَيْدِيكُمْ وَيَعْفُو عَنْ كَثِيرٍ "And whatever misfortune befall you, it is caused by your own hand actions, and God forgiven most (of your faults)" (Surat ash-Shura: 30) Allaah also says, مَا أَصَابَكَ مِنْ حَسَنَةٍ فَمِنَ اللَّهِ وَمَا أَصَابَكَ مِنْ سَيِّئَةٍ فَمِنْ نَفْسِكَ "Delicious whatever you receive, then it is from God, and whatever disasters happen, then it is because (to them) yourself." (Surat An-Nisaa: 79) Allaah tells of the previous nations, فَكُلًّا أَخَذْنَا بِذَنْبِهِ فَمِنْهُمْ مَنْ أَرْسَلْنَا عَلَيْهِ حَاصِبًا وَمِنْهُمْ مَنْ أَخَذَتْهُ الصَّيْحَةُ وَمِنْهُمْ مَنْ خَسَفْنَا بِهِ الْأَرْضَ وَمِنْهُمْ مَنْ أَغْرَقْنَا وَمَا كَانَ اللَّهُ لِيَظْلِمَهُمْ وَلَكِنْ كَانُوا أَنْفُسَهُمْ يَظْلِمُونَ "So each one (they were) We seized due to sin, then among them there are We seize krikil hail him, and among them there was a loud voice touches the boom (thunder), and among them is that We have buried into the earth, and among them is that we drowned, and Allaah is not to persecute them, but they wronged themselves. "(Surat al-Ankabut: 40) [Back to God because Apart from the disaster] Therefore, obligatory for every Muslim who has been burdened with the Shari'ah and other Muslims, to repent to God 'may He be glorified, be consistent in the religion and avoid the prohibitions of Allah immoral. Thus, they will be safe from all dangers in the world and the Hereafter. God will prevent any of their various adzab, and their various given to goodness. Note the word of Allaah. وَلَوْ أَنَّ أَهْلَ الْقُرَى آمَنُوا وَاتَّقَوْا لَفَتَحْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ بَرَكَاتٍ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَلَكِنْ كَذَّبُوا فَأَخَذْنَاهُمْ بِمَا كَانُوا يَكْسِبُونَ "If people of the townships and pious believers, surely we will delegate to them the blessings of heaven and earth, but they belied (the verses of Us), then We seized them for their deeds." (Surat al-A'raaf 96) Allaah also says about the Book (Jews and Christians), وَلَوْ أَنَّهُمْ أَقَامُوا التَّوْرَاةَ وَالْإِنْجِيلَ وَمَا أُنْزِلَ إِلَيْهِمْ مِنْ رَبِّهِمْ لَأَكَلُوا مِنْ فَوْقِهِمْ وَمِنْ تَحْتِ أَرْجُلِهِمْ "And if they really run the (law) the Torah, the Gospel and (the Qur'an) revealed to them from his Lord, they will get their food from above and from beneath their feet." (Qur'an -Maidah: 66) Allaah says, أَفَأَمِنَ أَهْلُ الْقُرَى أَنْ يَأْتِيَهُمْ بَأْسُنَا بَيَاتًا وَهُمْ نَائِمُونَ, أَوَأَمِنَ أَهْلُ الْقُرَى أَنْ يَأْتِيَهُمْ بَأْسُنَا ضُحًى وَهُمْ يَلْعَبُونَ, أَفَأَمِنُوا مَكْرَ اللَّهِ فَلا يَأْمَنُ مَكْرَ اللَّهِ إِلا الْقَوْمُ الْخَاسِرُونَ "So if the people of the towns feel secure from Our Might coming to them at night in their time sleeping? Or are people of the towns feel secure from Our Might coming to them at the time the sun rises sepenggahan when they're playing? So if they feel safe from Allaah (the unexpected)? Nor does feel safe from Allaah except the people are the losers. "(Surat al-A'raaf: 97-99) | |
(The words of the Salaf as occurred Earthquake)
Al 'Allaamah Ibn al-Qayyim, may Allaah says, "At some time, which Allaah has given permission to the earth to breathe, and there was a massive earthquake. Finally, comes the fear that gripped the servants of God. This is all as a warning to repent of their race, stopped from doing immoral, submission to God and repent of sins that had been done. Some of the Salaf said that when there was a tremendous shock, "Allah criticize you." 'Umar ibn-radi Khatthab' anhu-, post-stricken at the Medina directly deliver the sermon and discourse. 'Umar-radi' anhu, said, "If an earthquake happens again, do not you stay in this town." So said by Ibn al-Qayyim, may Allaah. The Salaf have a lot of words about such incidents.
[Hasten "Bertaubat" and forgiveness in God]
When an earthquake or disaster occurs, such as eclipses, hurricanes and floods, let every man repent to hasten Allaha, humble ourselves to Him and beg His salvation from, reproduce dhikr and seek forgiveness (begging forgiveness of Allah). The Messenger of Allaah 'alaihi wa sallam when the eclipse said, "If you see an eclipse, then hasten to dhikr of Allaah, prayers and readings reproduce seek forgiveness." [3]
[Suggested Alms reproduce and help the poor]
Likewise, when such disasters occur, it is recommended to care for the poor and giving alms to them. Prophet alaihi wa sallam said:
اارْحَمُوا تُرْحَمُو
"To care (your brother), then you will be loved." [4]
Also, because the Prophet peace 'alaihi wa sallam,
الرَّاحِمُونَ يَرْحَمُهُمُ الرَّحْمَنُ ارْحَمُوا مَنْ فِى الأَرْضِ يَرْحَمْكُمْ مَنْ فِى السَّمَاءِ
"Those who sow love will be loved by God the Most Merciful. To care of the earth, you would be loved by God who is above the heavens. "[5]
Prophet alaihi wa sallam said,
مَنْ لاَ يَرْحَمُ لاَ يُرْحَمُ
"People who do not have love, will not be loved." [6]
Narrated from 'Umar ibn Abdul Aziz-vol-that the time of the quake, he wrote a letter to the subordinate local administration in order to reproduce Sadaqah.
